Our Story
Our Story
Dr. Ghali (CCFP) has been providing primary care to the community of Burlington since the year 2003.
Dr. Arshat (CCFP) joined his practice in 2010.
Dr. Alsaigh (CCFP) joined them in 2014.
They are team of professionals committed to excellence in the provision of high quality, patient-centered primary healthcare services offered in a caring, coordinated, and responsive manner in order to achieve optimal health outcomes in preventive care and disease management
Our Core Values are respect, compassion, accountability, patient-Centered Care and Continuous Quality Improvement.
We do have a strong commitment to teaching and learning, and believes that by doing so, we foster recruitment to the family practice patients.
At the present time, our learners include resident physicians, undergraduate medical students from McMaster University Medical School.
We assure you that no one is required to see one of our students without physician review. Nevertheless, we trust that you will welcome and accept students and resident physicians

- Violence (exercise or attempt of physical force)
- Intimidation
- Throwing or damaging property or breaking things
Inappropriate Words (in person, by phone or any other means of communication):
- Abusive language
- Disrespectful, demeaning or abusive language/comments
- Remarks, jokes or innuendos that demean, ridicule or offend
- Discriminatory remarks
- Threats or threatening behaviour
- Bullying
Immediate action will be taken when incidents described above occur.
